Remove your profile from our community platforms.

Financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.

Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.

Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you.

1. Purpose of Agreement

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which Hoodl.co.uk (the “Website”) will arrange bookings at the Venue for individuals seeking coworking space.

2. Services

2.1 Hoodl agrees to use its best efforts to market and arrange bookings for coworking space at the Venue through the Website.

2.2 The Venue agrees to provide coworking space to individuals booked through the Website, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

3. Amenities

3.1 The amenities provided by the Venue for coworking space shall be detailed on the Website and may include but are not limited to:

Desk space

Internet access

Meeting rooms

Printing and scanning facilities

Refreshments

Local parking

Food items

3.2 Both parties acknowledge that the amenities may be updated or changed by mutual agreement. Any changes will be communicated in writing with reasonable notice.

4. Booking Process

4.1 Individuals seeking coworking space will book through the Website.

4.2 The Venue agrees to promptly confirm or decline each booking request received through the Website.

4.3 Hoodl agrees to promptly provide the Venue with necessary booking details, including the names and contact information of individuals who have booked coworking space.

5. Payment

5.1 The Venue agrees to provide Hoodl with a standard pricing structure for coworking space, which will be clearly communicated on the Website.

5.2 Hoodl will collect booking payments from individuals booking coworking space and remit the agreed-upon fee to the Venue, less any agreed-upon commission or service fees. Customers will pay for the coworking amenities upon arrival.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and continue until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.

6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information received from the other party in connection with this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK.
